Fig Orange Jam

Sweet California mission figs and crushed Naval oranges with a hint of aged balsamic created the perfect balance of flavor and texture. Serve over goat cheese and top with walnuts. Serve on grilled sourdough, prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich. Spread on pizza bread and top with blue cheese, carmelized onions and cooked pancetta.
