Honey Pear Vinaigrette
Mature pear trees hang heavy with fruit while honeybees are busy producing their golden nectar. We have blended these two gifts of nature to create the perfect vinaigrette. Place two slices of prosciutto on salad plate, toss baby greens with vinaigrette, pile atop prosciutto, garnish with thinly sliced Asian pear, feta cheese and toasted pine nuts, or blend with mayonnaise for a Waldorf salad dressing. Drizzle over grilled sword fish on a bed of chicory. Stuff crepes with goat cheese, candied walnuts, chopped apple and grapes, drizzle with dressing for an elegant lunch. 12 fl.oz (355 ml)
